Designed an exclusive mobile and desktop banking experience for a private, invitation-only financial platform, delivering full banking functionality (PIX, transfers, statements) with premium gamification features for high-value clients.

Through interviews with 80+ private clients, we identified three critical gaps:
Status Anxiety: High-value users demanded interfaces that reflected their tier (e.g., discreet balance displays)
Cross-Device Trust: Seamless mobile-to-desktop handoff was non-negotiable for users managing complex portfolios
Engagement Expectations: Clients expected rewards beyond interest rates (e.g., concierge integrations, milestone celebrations)

The solution combined private banking rigor with behavioral design:

The platform became a retention tool – clients now showcase the app to peers as a status symbol. By blending Swiss-grade security with luxury UX patterns, we proved that exclusivity could scale digitally while maintaining its aspirational cachet.
