Choosing a health insurance plan is a high-stakes decision. Users seek clarity, trust, transparency, and immediate understanding of benefits yet most insurance websites overwhelm visitors with technical language and fragmented information.

Evo Saúde needed a sales page that not only explained its health plans, but clearly positioned the company as an accessible, digital-first healthcare solution.

PROBLEM

Health insurance is complex by nature. Evo Saúde faced key challenges:

• Users struggled to quickly understand plan differences.

• Benefits such as app access, discount networks, and medical coverage were not clearly prioritized.

• The value proposition felt similar to competitors.

• The sales journey lacked emotional reassurance and structured clarity.

The challenge was to simplify decision-making without oversimplifying the product.


RESULTS

Healthcare decisions demand clarity, authority, and confidence.

Through business analysis and funnel evaluation, core friction points were identified:

• Users needed reassurance before price comparison.

• The digital ecosystem (app access, medical network, discount network) was not being leveraged as a differentiator.

• Information hierarchy did not guide users toward action.

• The page needed stronger trust-building elements.
