Daliah

Customer service on WhatsApp has become essential for modern businesses but most companies still rely on manual processes, delayed responses, and inconsistent lead qualification.

Dalliah was created to transform this reality. The goal was to design a page that clearly communicates how an AI-powered assistant can automate quotes, capture leads, distribute requests across channels, and return structured information in real time.

ROLE

Senior Product Designer

PROBLEM

Although WhatsApp is one of the most powerful sales and support channels, businesses face recurring challenges:

• Slow response time.

• Manual lead qualification.

• Inconsistent quotation processes.

• Poor channel distribution between teams.

• Lack of clarity about how AI automation actually works.

The main challenge wasn’t just explaining the product, it was making an advanced AI system feel clear, reliable, and tangible.

RESULTS

The page had to educate, build trust, and drive conversion at the same time.

Through strategic alignment and product breakdown, key friction areas were identified:

• Business owners didn’t fully understand how automation integrates with their existing WhatsApp workflow.

• There was skepticism about AI accuracy in handling quotes and structured responses.

• The distribution logic between sales, support, and operational channels needed to be visually simplified.

• The value proposition needed to shift from “automation” to “business performance”.

The page had to educate, build trust, and drive conversion at the same time.
